Responsibilities

Identify employment opportunities for participants with employers that understand; Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on their new employment with a renewed sense of purpose; Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges; Celebrate successful placements with participants; Form partnerships with companies that are passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

Passionate about helping people secure employment that could change their life; Knack for identifying and individuals’ employment match; Champion of diversity and inclusion; Natural connector; Innovative and solutions focussed; Compassionate and empathetic

Nice to have

Experience in other industries or roles like sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration
