Employment Consultant

If so, YOU could be our next Employment Consultant at our Rozelle NSW site within our Workforce Australia Program.

Responsibilities

Support participants with Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment; Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges; Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Celebrate successful placements; Form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

Eligibility to work in Australia; A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle; A MyGovID (Standard level); Willing to complete a National Police Check; Able to pass a Working with Children Check; Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Nice to have

Experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration
