Supporting participants to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Helping people build confidence, recognise strengths and overcome barriers; Creating innovative solutions to employment challenges; Advocating for inclusive hiring and workplace adjustments; Building strong relationships with local employers; Celebrating every success—big or small—with your participants

Requirements

Passionate about diversity, inclusion and helping others succeed; Confident communicator and relationship-builder; Creative, solutions-focused and resilient; Empathetic, supportive and driven to make a difference; Eligibility to work in Australia; Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle; MyGovID (Standard level); Ability to pass a National Police Check and Working with Children Check; Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
