Employment Consultant

Employment Consultant role at APM's Epping NSW site within the Workforce Australia Program, based at Epping and including work across the Ryde caseload. The role supports individuals to identify and achieve their goals and contribute to positive outcomes. APM is a global health and human services organisation, operating since 1994, with a 15,000-strong team across 11 countries.

Responsibilities

Support participants with the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment with a renewed sense of purpose; Provide creative solutions to employment challenges, ensuring every participant has the tools and support for success; Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments; Celebrate successful placements with participants; Form partnerships with companies that are passionate about diversity and inclusion
