Employment Consultant WFA

Are you confident with your marketing and relationship building skills? Do you have a knack for building strong and ongoing stakeholder relationships? If so, YOU could be our next Employment Consultant at our Nambour, QLD site within our Workforce Australia Program. This role is a combination of building stakeholder relationships, driving positive outcomes and stepping in where needed to manage and mentor a caseload of participants to find suitable opportunities of employment.

Responsibilities

Building stakeholder relationships; Driving positive outcomes; Managing and mentoring a caseload of participants to find suitable employment opportunities; Building employer relationships and marketing job seekers to prospective employers; Developing and maintaining employer and community networks; Working alongside Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment; Negotiating with employers to ensure the success of job placements; Complying with compliance and database input requirements; Building lasting connections with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements

Eligibility to work in Australia; A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle; A MyGovID (Standard level); Willing to complete a National Police Check; Able to pass a Working with Children Check; Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
