Lead our new Prepaid Cards team; Grow your engineers' careers through 1:1s, thoughtful feedback, and coaching; Own technical quality — through code reviews, architecture decisions, and setting standards your team is proud of

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years leading a team as a manager or tech lead; Great technical judgment; Strong communication skills; Solid product intuition; Lead on AI adoption; A magnet for talent; High empathy

Tech stack knowledge: Ruby on Rails; TypeScript + React; PostgreSQL; Google Cloud
