Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and accountable engineering culture; Partner with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define priorities, goals and delivery plans aligned with business and organizational objectives; Drive the successful execution of engineering initiatives, removing blockers, managing risks and ensuring high-quality outcomes; Provide technical leadership and strategic direction, supporting architectural decisions, technology evolution and engineering best practices; Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with product vision, customer needs and business goals; Contribute to hiring, talent development, resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives to support the long-term growth of the engineering organization

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex technology initiatives; Strong software development background and the ability to provide technical leadership across architecture, platform and product evolution; Solid experience with cloud-native technologies, distributed systems and modern software delivery practices; Broad exposure to software development, data and infrastructure technologies, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams across different domains; Demonstrated ability to align engineering execution with product strategy, business goals and organizational priorities; Proven ability to evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools and practices to improve engineering effectiveness, team productivity and software delivery outcomes; Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level)
