Engineering Program Manager, HW

We are looking for a passionate Hardware Engineering Program Manager who will help lead the development of amazing new and innovative products. This role is based out of our San Francisco Office 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of hardware product development programs from concept to mass production; Build alignment with senior leaders to establish program objectives and design execution strategies balancing schedule and risk; Navigate the project team through project execution; Communicate across engineering disciplines and the business to ensure alignment; Champion best practices and processes for scaling product development; Champion releasing the best possible product for customers

Requirements

Bachelors of Engineering; 3 years+ in a program management role; Track record of launching successful products; Strong communication skills across various engineering disciplines; Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed
