We are looking for a superstar for our Entertainment department, to help our customers with all their entertainment needs, whether it be preparing them to have the ultimate gaming setup, or getting setup with a new phone!

For this role, it's important that you enjoy a fast-paced environment with lots of variety, and you aren’t afraid of working hard to get things done. You’re someone who likes sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional. It would be great if you have a special interest in technology.

Responsibilities

Tuesday to Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm; Saturday 9:00am - 4:30pm

Requirements

Proven experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role; Knowledge and passion for all aspects of this department; Excellent Communication Skills; Positive, can-do attitude. taking the lead in daily operations. Assist customers with repairs.; Team player, Customer first attitude.; Eye for detail, for changing plans of the department.
