Entry Level Mental Health Therapist LGPC or LMSW

We are seeking full-time Maryland Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPCs) and Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) interested in gaining post-graduate clinical experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week; Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans; Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates; Provide high-quality, client-centered care; Coordinate services with other providers as needed; Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field; Active Maryland LGPC or LMSW license, or license-eligible and able to practice under board-approved supervision; Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation; Commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care; Dedication to lifelong learning, cultural humility, and ethical practice
