Environmental Services Technician Lead - Advocate/Atrium Health Cleveland - 2nd Shift (Full-Time)

Atrium Health is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Technician. This position promotes environmental protection by maintaining healthy and safe medical facilities for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

Oversees daily staff duties and assignments in the department; Ensures completion that meets the set standard; Evaluates conditions and cleanliness through inspection and quality control; Coordinates staff training in proper use of chemicals, equipment processes, and safety issues; Maintains healthy and safe medical facilities for employees and visitors

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a housekeeper aide or similar job; Capable of working independently; Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete written forms; Knowledge of principles of growth and development and skills appropriate to ages, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of patient population served; Continuous walking and standing with potential for bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds; Must undergo a physical ability test as a condition of employment
