Environmental Services Technician Lead - Advocate/Atrium Health Union West - 1st Shift

Atrium Health Union West - Environmental Services. Full time. 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm EOW. The successful candidate will oversee daily staff duties and assignments, evaluate conditions and cleanliness through inspection and quality control, and coordinate staff training in proper use of chemicals, equipment processes, and safety issues.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a housekeeper aide or similar job; Capable of working independently; Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete written forms; Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and demonstrates the skills and competency appropriate to the ages, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient population served; Continuous walking and standing, with potential for bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds; Must undergo a physical ability test as a condition of employment
