Equip Maint Technician (Wafer Sort)

Job summary

Required to work in wafer sort department and support wafer sort production running and support equipment maintainance.

Responsibilities

Attending and troubleshooting of wafer sort equipment during equipment down and low yield issues.; To receive incoiming wafer and support of wafer lot shipment.; Carry out incoming/outgoing wafer inspection.; Carry out wafer sort production support, euqipment setup, lot trnsaction and lot shipment.; Keep good housekeeping and good safety practices to adhere to company /deparment set rules, regulations and discipline.

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.; Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience.; Familiarity with Accretech or TEL Prober systems is preferred.; Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
