Estates Maintenance Officer

Hands-on maintenance role within a dedicated site and support team at The Oxford Academy, a school community. The role involves keeping the school's facilities and grounds safe, clean, and well-maintained so that students can learn and thrive. Applications are welcome from individuals with varying levels of experience. There is some flexibility in terms of hours for this position, and part-time or flexible working arrangements will be warmly considered.

Responsibilities

Keeping facilities running safely, smoothly, and sustainably; Helping create a safe, clean, and inspiring environment where students can thrive; Maintaining school grounds so they are safe, welcoming, and well-cared for

Requirements

Experienced tradesperson, skilled maintenance professional, or someone with strong practical aptitude; Established skills in site management; Health and safety compliance; Practical DIY or building maintenance trades; Strong practical mindset and proactive attitude (for less experienced candidates)
