Esthetician

We are looking for an Esthetician who can provide professional skincare services to guests of the spa.

Responsibilities

Providing professional skin care services including various types of facials; Educating guests about individual skin care needs and selling appropriate products; Maintaining clean and neat facial room during shift; Restocking products and lines; Completing a pre-treatment card for each guest; Completing a skin analysis on each guest; Maintaining facial equipment and safety of room; Selling 15% of service dollars in retail; Reporting inventory needs; Arriving to work and clocking in 15 minutes before shift begins; Wearing proper uniform and maintaining neat, well-groomed appearance; Practicing universal health care protocol; Complying with Spa Treatment Department policies and operational procedures; Setting up and breaking down assigned treatment room; Completing and submitting necessary paperwork; Attending monthly departmental meetings and workshops; Interacting cooperatively with guests and co-workers; Exercising dependability and willingness to work with schedule flexibility; Maintaining physical fitness; Performing other job-related duties as directed; Adhering to Cavallo Point standards for guest service; Referring guest problems or complaints to supervisor according to policy

Requirements

Professional demeanor and appearance; State of California aesthetics license; 600 hours of an accredited aesthetics program; Minimum of 1 year practical experience in all aspects of skin care; Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays; Must be able to pass a practical exam and review; Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays; Must be able to work independently within a large group and also as a team-player; Advanced training or certification in esthetic program

Nice to have

2-3 years of practical experience in all aspects of skin care preferred; Outside sales training preferred
