Event and Bar Manager

As a Hospitality Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering smooth and efficient operations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and guests during various meetings/events and functions. Ensuring meeting/event rooms are set up to the required specification and food and drinks are provided in a professional and timely fashion. Serving beer and wine while maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere. And, support a variety of events hosted in the pub, ensuring each booking is catered for to the highest standard. As well as the weekly sponsored lunch on Thursday.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and guests during meetings, events and functions; Ensure meeting/event rooms are set up to specification and food and drinks are provided in a professional and timely fashion; Serve beer and wine while maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere; Support a variety of events hosted in the pub, ensuring each booking is catered for to the highest standard; Ensure customers receive an efficient and enjoyable customer experience; Monitor the work of colleagues, carry out appraisals, recognise training needs and potential; Be passionate about hospitality and aware of new concepts and ideas; Actively seek out new trends

Requirements

Have experience as a manager within a hospitality environment; Experience in creating a thriving and successful working environment; Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills; Good delegation and influencing skills; Able to demonstrate team development skills; Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
