Requirements

We’re looking for individuals who bring hospitality excellence into a corporate setting:; Background in luxury hospitality (4/5-star hotels preferred); (e.g. Guest Relations Manager, Front Office Manager, Concierge Manager, Guest Experience Manager); Experience leading or supervising teams in a high-end environment; A natural host with a passion for exceptional service delivery; Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders and VIPs; Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure; Immaculate presentation with exceptional attention to detail
