Executive Compensation Associate

We are looking to speak with mid to senior-level executive compensation associates to join our client’s outstanding executive compensation group in New York. Established in Manhattan, the New York office has played a key role in landmark transactional and pro bono matters for decades. This team provides advice in connection with high-profile, multibillion-dollar M&A transactions, public proxy statements, compensation arrangements and ERISA fiduciary matters for investment funds and plan fiduciaries. Responsibilities
