Responsibilities

Drive the client delivery of all Experience (SEO) services, positioning our team as the absolute centre of excellence across Australia and New Zealand; Lead and mentor a high-performing team of mid-senior SEO experts in Melbourne Brisbane, fostering a collaborative and high-trust environment; Partner with the Group Business Director to track profitability, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to winning new business; Contribute to shaping the future of SEO, GEO and experience solutions, developing and enhancing solutions, frameworks, and processes; Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior clients, developing and executing strategies woven into their business and marketing outcomes

Requirements

Strategic, commercially-minded, and empathetic leader; Experienced professional in SEO with expertise spanning technical, local, content and measurement; Comfortable leading and developing high performing teams and client delivery within a fast-paced agency environment; Strong commercial acumen with proven track record of managing agency revenue, improving profitability, and driving business growth; Genuine passion for people leadership and demonstrable experience coaching and developing senior talent; Strategic thinker able to develop innovative product solutions and implement strong processes; Inherently curious with innovation mindset and comfortable ideating with technologies such as AI; Excellent at building deep, trusted partnerships with senior-level clients and internal stakeholders
