Responsibilities

Complete a wide variety of residential home repair and improvement projects, including carpentry, drywall, doors, trim, tile, light plumbing, light electrical, and punch-list work; Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners; Take ownership of every job from arrival through final cleanup; Document completed work with photos and job notes; Protect customers' homes and leave every job clean and ready to enjoy

Requirements

8+ years of residential multi-trade experience; Strong carpentry and drywall skills (required); Experience with light plumbing and electrical repairs; Professional-grade hand and power tools; Ability to work independently and solve problems; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Clean driving record; Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work from ladders; Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
