Experienced Dual Dealer/Supervisor-$1,500 Sign On Bonus

A blackjack dealer is responsible for managing the blackjack tables and other Table Games, dealing cards, explaining game rules, and ensuring a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for players.

Responsibilities

Deal Cards: Manage the table by dealing cards to players and controlling the pace of the game; Explain Rules: Clearly explain the rules to new players, ensuring they understand how to play; Monitor Gameplay: Observe players' behavior and report any suspicious activities or concerns to the appropriate authorities; Handle Bets and Payouts: Collect bets, distribute winnings, and maintain accurate records of all transactions; Maintain Professionalism: Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor with players at all times to enhance their gaming experience; Cash and Chip Management: Handle cash and chips accurately and securely, ensuring the integrity of the game; Ensure Security: Safeguard the cards and gaming equipment, ensuring that all games are conducted fairly and according to casino regulations

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Six (6) months of prior experience or dealer's school required; Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations; Must have excellent customer skills; Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for majority of shift; Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table; Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards; Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
