Experienced Female Care Assistant

We’re looking for experienced full-time and part-time Female Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, supporting service users across Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding Hertfordshire area. Every day as a domiciliary Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing. You’ll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team.

Responsibilities

Providing personal care with dignity and respect - bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming; Assisting with medication - preparation and administration; Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely; Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support; Carrying out light domestic duties - laundry, making beds, light cleaning; Offering companionship and reassurance; Encouraging social engagement and family connections; Monitoring health and reporting changes to healthcare professionals and family; Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided; Responding to emergencies safely and effectively; Working collaboratively with families and the wider care team

Requirements

Female; Previous experience as a Care Assistant; Full driving licence and access to a vehicle; Willingness to travel locally; Must be eligible to work in the UK; Reliable, compassionate, and committed; Genuine compassion and respect for others
