F&B Host/Hostess - CUT

Responsibilities

Take reservations, answer the phone, and respond to any guest requests; Greet each guest warmly and be helpful, welcoming and pleasant; Seat guests in the restaurant according to designated rotation plans, evenly and fairly across stations; Personalize each guest's experience by using guests' names where known and acknowledging special occasions; Pass on relevant guest information to Captains and Server Attendants; Thank guests for patronizing the restaurant as they leave; Maintain guest profiles and history, including special occasions and dates such as birthdays and wedding anniversaries; Relay all guest comments to the Manager and Assistant Manager; Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Minimum Secondary school education with "O" Level passes; Minimum 1 year experience in customer service / guest contact roles; Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays

Nice to have

Diploma in any field; Experience preferably in a hospitality organization
