F&B Supervisor

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the assigned outlet, supervising the team and ensuring consistent food and beverage service standards and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet.; Lead and guide team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.; Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates to the team.; Ensure proper preparation and set-up of the outlet before service.; Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.; Attend to guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.; Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments during operations.; Assist with staff scheduling and manpower deployment.; Train and coach team members on service standards, menu knowledge and hotel procedures.; Monitor stock levels, wastage and breakages within the outlet.; Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.; Ensure compliance with hotel and RHG standards, policies and procedures.

Requirements

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times; Knowledge in using Micros / POS system; Experience in the hotel industry of at least 2 to 3 years; Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities; Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment; Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
