Learn how to define, measure, analyze and improve process capability of Machining, assembly and test processes.

Learn how to establish manufacturing rates, routings and assist in the process of sourcing the parts and components.

Assist in the development of proposals and justification for new/replacement capital equipment and provide technical assistance to bring equipment on line with cost and timing requirements.

Assist in the development of new manufacturing processes or changes along with Manufacturing Engineering utilizing BPS methodologies.

Working with QMM, determine internal quality procedures and implement in manufacturing.

Assess possible bottleneck situations in production process.

Provide feedback (CIP) to all related areas including Machining, Assembly, Test and/or QMM.

Participate in BPS Kaizen events both within and outside your area.

Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university (ex. CHEA) and pursuing a Bachelors with two semesters completed or Masters degree with at least one semester completed in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.; Will accept post graduate in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university (ex. CHEA) up to one year.; Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.; Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.; Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.; Knowledge of CNC machining, programming and tooling.; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
