Position Highlights include outpatient primary care with telephone call that averages once every 30 days, office hours Monday–Friday, and multiple locations to best connect physicians and communities.

Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered primary care throughout the Piedmont of North Carolina; Provide coverage to support extended hours to 7pm M-F and future weekend hours of 7a to 7p on Saturday and Sunday; Provide outpatient primary care with telephone call that averages once every 30 days

Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Midwives
