Family Paralegal

A well-established Central London law firm is seeking a Family Paralegal to join its growing Family team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Paralegal with previous family law experience to work alongside experienced solicitors on a broad range of private family matters while continuing to develop their legal career. The successful Family Paralegal will join a respected law firm with a strong reputation for providing practical, client-focused advice. As the Family Paralegal you will support fee earners across a varied caseload of family law matters.

Responsibilities

Assisting with divorce, financial remedy and private children matters; Preparing legal documents, court bundles and correspondence; Conducting legal research and drafting documents; Liaising with clients, barristers, courts and third parties; Managing case files and ensuring deadlines are met; Supporting solicitors with client meetings and hearings; Maintaining accurate case management records

Requirements

Previous Family Law experience within a law firm; Strong drafting and communication skills; Excellent organisation and attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; Professional and empathetic approach to client care; Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
