Female Support Worker

We are looking for compassionate Female Care Professionals to join our welcoming Basildon branch. You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes, acting as a friendly face and a vital pillar of support. Responsibilities include personal care, medication support, meal preparation and assistance, shopping and practical daily errands, light housekeeping, companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities

Help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes; Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and intimate support); Medication support; Meal preparation and assistance; Shopping and practical daily errands; Light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, tidying); Companionship and emotional support

Requirements

Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010); Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence; Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others; Reliability and a naturally caring nature; Willingness to learn new skills; Great communication and a collaborative team spirit; Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship offered)

Nice to have

No formal care experience required; Skills gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household
