Field Marketing Associate / Canvasser - SD

System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking for individuals to join our award-winning team. As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life. You’ll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space. Responsibilities

Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport; Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision; Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners; Maintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction; Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software

Requirements

Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportation; Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day; Be friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skills; Be able to work weekends and special events; Be willing to train and excited to represent our brand; Satisfactory passing of a standard background check; Clean driving record when driving for the job is required
