Responsibilities

In charge of commercial control and invoicing for assigned programme software and services.; Responsible for controlling the financial situation of our Sales team in Powertrain Department.; Fulfilling Salesforce acquisition processes as part of senior management releases.; Reporting and assisting the Software & Services Business Manager.; Assisting sales controlling department (SCC) in monthly invoice submissions.; Participate in online & on-site face to face meetings with the client.

Requirements

Studying for an undergraduate (in finance, business or accountancy ).; Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables and more elaborate formulas such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP).; Power Point basics.; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.; Detail oriented.; Ability to sustain long periods of focus whilst performing complex data analysis.

Nice to have

Advanced communication and presentation skills.; Outspoken and proactive attitude.; Automotive industry interest/knowledge is a plus.; Previous experience within a professional setting.
