Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to join this team within the Ogier Global group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, supporting group audits, and ensuring compliance with VAT, GST, and other tax regulations.

Responsibilities

Prepare audited and unaudited financial statements for Ogier Global entities; Manage the external audit process; Support the annual tax compliance process; Review the preparation and submission of monthly and/or quarterly VAT and GST returns; Participate in and support tax-related projects; Perform and review reconciliations and underlying transactions; Assist with the preparation of regulatory returns and statutory filings

Requirements

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA); Proven experience in a finance role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment; Strong understanding of financial statements, audits, and tax compliance, including VAT and GST; Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving; Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
