Financial Services Representative - Danvers, MA

Have a passion for helping people? Join our team as a Financial Services Representative where you’ll support Fidelity’s customers while building a great foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. During your onboarding experience, you’ll support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades while working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After completing onboarding, you’ll transition to working on-site in the Investor Center each day.

Responsibilities

Support Fidelity’s customers while building a great foundation for a career in financial planning and advice; Obtain FINRA licenses by earning your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses; Support Fidelity customers over the phone during onboarding; Answer questions about account balances; Process withdrawals and transfers; Identify resources; Place trades; Support customers with increasing complexity; Work on-site in the Investor Center after completing onboarding

Requirements

High energy and enthusiasm with a demonstrated passion for helping people; Flexibility and self-motivation; Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and an ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment; Eagerness to learn and build a profession in financial services; Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience; Superb interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks at once; Coachability, collaboration, and curiosity fuels success in the role; Obtain FINRA licenses by earning your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses; Successful completion of all exams
