Financial Services Representative - Houston, TX (Highland Village)

Join Fidelity as a Financial Services Representative to support Fidelity's customers while building a foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. The role includes paid training to obtain FINRA licenses, building and solidifying skills across remote and on-site work, and joining the wealth management development track. During onboarding, the representative supports customers over the phone from home with one day per week in the Investor Center, then transitions to working on-site in the Investor Center each day. No finance background or college degree is required. Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

Support Fidelity customers over the phone; Answer questions about account balances; Process withdrawals and transfers; Identify resources; Place trades; Support customers with increasing complexity during the program
