Financial Services Representative - Orland Park, IL

Have a passion for helping people? Join our team as a Financial Services Representative where you’ll support Fidelity’s customers while building a great foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. Paid training to obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7 Top Off, Series 66) is provided, with paid study time, licensing coaches, structured study plans, and dedicated support. During onboarding, you’ll support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades while working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After completing onboarding, you’ll transition to working on-site in the Investor Center each day. Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

Requirements

High energy and enthusiasm with a demonstrated passion for helping people; Flexibility and self-motivation; Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and an ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment; Eagerness to learn and build a profession in financial services; Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience; Superb interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks at once; Coachability, collaboration, and curiosity; Successful completion of all FINRA exams (SIE, Series 7 Top Off, Series 66); Certification: Series 07 - FINRA, Series 66 - FINRA
