Our expertise in temperature-controlled logistics ensures products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time, helping customers maximise availability and minimise waste.

Life in this role

As part of our Chilled & Fresh division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Fleet Administrator on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Salary: £22,678.50

Shift: Monday - Friday (days), 09:00-14:30 (6.5hr shifts)

What you’ll need ...

Responsibilities

Overseeing accuracy and completion of maintenance records for storage in line with company standard.; Maintaining vehicle fleet data on company systems.; Compiling reports on vehicle maintenance.; Administration and data entry to correct and maintain the Company’s tachograph system; Booking and keeping records of periodic driver training.; Administration of all toll road accounts.; Supporting depot investigations by providing vehicle related data.; Handling feedback from members of public.; Providing various reports / spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely manner.; Carrying out any other formal and legal duties.; Record keeping and archive control.
