Float Infusion Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Join IVX Health as a Full-time Float Nurse Practitioner for our Raleigh market! Shift: 12 hour shifts, with one Saturday per month rotation. IVX Health is seeking an NP to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision; Conduct patient assessments, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses; Educate and support patients and families on treatment expectations, side effects, and disease management; Maintain accurate records in EHR, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards; Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning; Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams; Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence; Work at multiple facilities within designated market as needed; Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Active and Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by state); Board Certification (AANP or ANCC); BLS certification; Ability to care for both adults and pediatrics; Strong IV and infusion therapy skills with experience in specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols; Proficiency in clinical documentation with EHR systems and understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance; Exceptional communication and collaboration

Nice to have

PALS certification; Background in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting; Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred
