Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner; Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently; Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation; Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings; Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests; Ensure tables are properly set and the dining area is clean and tidy; Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery; Process payments and handle cash and card transactions; Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards; Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues as needed

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour; Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills; Keen attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Good time management and organisational skills; Team player with a positive attitude; Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques; Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred; Food safety certification is desirable; Understanding of Irish hospitality traditions would be advantageous; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
