Food and Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily front-of-house operations at Dellshire Resort’s off-site restaurant Dawn Manor. This role ensures exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and a positive team environment while maintaining the highest hospitality standards. The Food & Beverage Manager leads service operations, manages staff performance, supports revenue goals, and ensures a memorable dining experience that reflects Dellshire Resort’s commitment to exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations including service, staffing, and guest experience; Supervise front-of-house team members including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff; Create and manage team schedules based on business levels and operational needs; Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and hospitality expectations are consistently met; Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns or feedback; Train, coach, and develop team members to support service excellence; Monitor labor costs and assist with managing departmental budgets; Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house; Maintain compliance with all company policies, alcohol service regulations, and health standards; Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control initiatives; Support special events, promotions, and high-volume service periods; Assist with pre-opening preparation and operational readiness for the restaurant

Requirements

3–5 years of restaurant leadership experience in a hospitality or resort environment; Strong leadership, team development, and guest service skills; Experience managing high-volume dining environments; Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operational reporting; Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally; Frequent movement throughout the dining room and service areas
