Food & Beverage Assistant

At IKEA Warrington, we’re looking for upbeat, hands-on people to help create great food experiences. You’ll serve customers, prepare food behind the scenes, keep our restaurant sparkling, and work the tills with a smile. By supporting your teammates, exceeding customer expectations, and following our safety standards, you’ll help build a welcoming space everyone can enjoy.

Responsibilities

Serve food and take payment at tills; Clean and clear the restaurant and work behind the scenes to prepare food; Work together to create the best customer experience by listening, acting, and exceeding their expectations every day; Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both customers and co-workers; Support colleagues, lend a hand, and create a positive work environment, contributing to a proud team

Requirements

Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older; Jewellery and piercings need to be removed while working in our food and restaurant spaces; Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment; Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team; Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy
