Responsibilities

Oaks Wellington Hotel are l ooking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a part-time basis.; This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.; As a valued team member, you will contribute to memorable guest experiences by:; Accurately taking and processing guest food and beverage orders; Demonstrating strong menu knowledge and confidently making recommendations; Delivering professional, efficient and friendly table service; Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations Shift Details (subject to change):; Flexible schedule required across Monday to Sunday i; Split shifts will be required on some days; Part-time position; Minimum 15 hours per week

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:; Previous experience as a bartender will be highly regarded; A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.; Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.; Previous experience in a waitstaff or bartender position.; Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.; Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.; Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays If you're enthusiastic, service-focused, and passionate about hospitality, we’d love to welcome you to our team.
