Responsibilities

Avani Queenstown Hotel is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a Part-Time basis.; If you enjoy connecting with people, creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.; This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work across both bar and floor service, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests from around the world.; You'll join a collaborative team that values great service, positive energy and creating memorable moments for every guest.; Key Responsibilities Include:; Provide attentive food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering meals; Deliver professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests; Recommend menu items and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience; Maintain clean, stocked and organised bar and service areas; Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless service; Contribute to a positive and professional team environment; Comply with all health, hygiene and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards Shift Details (subject to change):; Rotating roster Sunday to Thursday; Shifts schedule across:; 5:30am - 11.00am; 7.00am - 12.00pm; 8.00am - 2.00pm

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:; Previous experience in food & beverage service; Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; A positive and professional attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality; The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
