Responsibilities

Delivering friendly, attentive customer service; Taking orders and serving food and beverages; Supporting bar and floor operations; Assisting with food running, clearing tables and maintaining a clean, presentable venue; Working collaboratively with the team to keep service running smoothly; Helping create a welcoming environment for guests; Supporting busy service periods and maintaining high service standards

Requirements

A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality; Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded, particularly for senior FOH roles; Strong communication and teamwork skills; A customer-focused approach and willingness to learn; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Reliable, professional and well-presented; Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends; Current Tasmanian RSA, or willingness to obtain where applicable; Valid Australian working rights
