Food & Beverage Supervisor

Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays. As a valued team member, you will oversee and support the F&B team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support the F&B team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences; Leading, motivating, and coaching the food and beverage team; Monitoring service standards and ensuring consistency across all shifts; Managing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally; Supporting inventory management, stock control, and daily operational tasks; Collaborating with management to maintain high-quality service and operational efficiency

Requirements

Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a food and beverage environment; Strong understanding of hospitality operations and high-quality service delivery; Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills; Professional presentation and the ability to lead by example; Reliability and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays; Working rights within New Zealand
