Forensic Analyst 2

We are looking for a Forensic Analyst to support the investigation and analysis of digital evidence. You will be responsible for loading and processing data to assist forensic investigations. You need to have a strong attention to detail, with experience in Linux and Linux command line being beneficial for managing data environments. The Level 2 Forensic Analyst shall possess the following capabilities: The ability to exploit captured media and/or investigate computer security incidents in order to derive useful intelligence and/or enable mitigation of network vulnerabilities. Relevant experience must be in the design/development of computer or information systems, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, and/or systems engineering.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail; Ability to exploit captured media and/or investigate computer security incidents in order to derive useful intelligence and/or enable mitigation of network vulnerabilities; Relevant experience in the design/development of computer or information systems, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, and/or systems engineering; Doctoral degree with 2 years of relevant experience; Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience; Associates degree with 7 years of relevant experience; Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related field; Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC will be considered towards relevant experience requirements; Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
