Forward Deployed Creative Strategist

We are looking for our first Forward Deployed Creative Strategist to act as the crucial bridge between our cutting-edge agentic platform and the world's most innovative brands. Reporting into the Solutions & Success organization, you will be a zero-to-one foundational member of the team. You will speak peer-to-peer with performance marketing leaders, educating them on the paradigm shift toward agentic marketing systems, and guiding them through successful pilots. You will pair your deep marketing expertise with innate sales acumen to navigate complex buying processes and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic peer to performance marketing teams at top-tier companies; Educate on agentic workflows and understand attribution/campaign scaling challenges; Partner with sales to navigate enterprise buying processes and drive deals/pilots; Define pilot success criteria and drive pilots to closed-won deals; Collaborate with Forward Deployed Creative Designers to bridge performance data and creative execution; Ensure AI-generated assets are optimized for conversion; Help design go-to-market motion and educational frameworks; Feed market insights back to product and engineering teams

Requirements

Deep, hands-on experience running and scaling performance marketing campaigns; Strong commercial instincts; Ability to build consensus, handle objections, and close; Proven experience working closely with creative teams and designers; Ability to brief creatives, evaluate assets, and tie creative performance back to marketing metrics; A "Zero-to-One" mindset with comfort in ambiguity; Eagerness to dive deep into AI-driven creative performance and agentic marketing tools
