Forward Deployed Engineer

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge cutting-edge AI technology with our clients' real-world needs. This isn't a role where you architect from a distance — you'll sit with clients directly, write code, design and deploy AI agent systems, and own the path from a business problem to a working, adopted solution.

Responsibilities

Own technical delivery for client integrations of AI-powered agent systems, end to end; Turn ambiguous business needs into concrete technical specs and solution designs; Deploy, configure, and optimize multi-agent systems in production; Build trust with clients through hands-on implementation, training, and support; Feed real client feedback back into product improvement; Lead technical integration of our products into client systems — API integrations, data pipelines, custom workflows; Build and maintain robust, scalable solutions tailored to client requirements, using Python and related technologies; Troubleshoot complex issues during implementation, working with internal engineering as needed; Act as the primary technical point of contact, understanding client objectives and technical landscape; Translate client needs into technical specifications and solution designs aligned with product capabilities; Design and architect AI agent teams — assigning specialized roles and workflows tailored to each client; Run technical workshops and training sessions to drive product adoption; Partner with Customer Success and Support to ensure smooth, successful client outcomes; Deploy, configure, and optimize multi-agent systems in production environments; Build and integrate custom agents, tools, and processes using Python and open-source agent libraries; Monitor deployed solutions for performance and business value, iterating on agent roles and workflows as client needs evolve

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role — Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant; Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in APIs and system integrations; Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, AI agent frameworks, and LLMs; Knowledge of workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems, or distributed computing; Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Experience building GenAI solutions — design patterns, RAG, SQL/NoSQL databases; Contributions to open-source AI agent projects or experience with human-in-the-loop systems
