Location: Marl Rd, Liverpool L33, UK

Contract Type: Full time/Part Time shifts available

Shift Times of approximately 7pm - 3am.

Position / Shift 2 - Saturday & Sunday

Salary: £13.50 per hour

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Supervisor to oversee the smooth delivery of service. Working closely with the catering and kitchen teams, you’ll ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome, exceptional service, and high-quality food presentation. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver excellence.

You will be joining Baxterstorey , one of the UK’s leading contract caterers, providing fresh, innovative food services. We are a team of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision specifically to suit.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service; Maintain high standards of food presentation and dining area cleanliness; Ensure all hospitality events run smoothly and professionally; Monitor and respond to customer feedback in a positive and proactive way; Support with ordering, stock control, and record keeping; Uphold all food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures

Requirements

Experience in a front-of-house or customer service supervisory role; Strong leadership and people skills, with a positive and approachable manner; Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and written; Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment; Knowledge of food safety and allergen management procedures; Passionate about hospitality and delivering a great customer experience
