Position Overview

You will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records, all while ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who interacts with our office.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.; Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.; Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.; Maintain and update client and visitor records accurately.; Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.; Coordinate front desk activities to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, additional education is a plus.; Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.; Proficiency with office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.; Professional appearance and demeanor.
