Fulfillment Associate (Warehouse) - Shift 2 PM - 11 PM

FCP Euro is hiring a Fulfillment Associate (Warehouse) for Shift 2 PM - 11 PM in Milford, CT. In this fast-paced, hands-on environment, you will work across multiple areas of the operation, including inbound receiving, picking, packing, and returns processing. You will support every stage of the fulfillment process—from receiving and organizing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. You will also help maintain inventory accuracy, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot order or product issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming automotive inventory; Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy; Prepare shipments and load outgoing deliveries; Use handheld scanners and fulfillment systems to process orders; Troubleshoot order or inventory issues when needed; Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards; Process customer returns and support reverse logistics; Operate equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided)

Requirements

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift; Attention to detail and pride in accuracy; Willing to learn new systems and processes; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to lift, push, and move packages and equipment; Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift; Ability to use carts, dollies, and other tools to move inventory; Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards at all times
