Full Case Picking (2nd Shift)

Pick and pack products using pick-to-light module and simple counting skills. Perform repetitive bending and twisting while adhering to workplace instructions. Meet safety, quality, and production metrics while following 6S and BPS principles. Operate PIT equipment and RF Gun as required.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack products using pick-to-light module and simple counting skills; Perform repetitive bending and twisting while adhering to workplace instructions; Meet safety, quality, and production metrics while following 6S and BPS principles; Operate PIT equipment and RF Gun as required; Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in alignment with 5S and Bosch safety standards; Operate all tools, equipment, and packaging machinery safely and properly while adhering to safety and environmental policies; Partner with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to resolve issues, streamline material flow, and support cross-functional activities as needed; Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; weekend work and overtime may be required as needed to meet customer and business demands

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards; Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills; Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods; Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, quality, and workplace safety

Nice to have

Knowledge of various packaging methods and rigging experience, preferred; Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge a plus
